You could use an out-of-the-box live chat module with it’s standardised design. But as your live chat box is all that your customer is going to be experiencing of your customer service, to be fully effective it needs to be an extension of your brand. The design should be as slick as the customer service provided, and not an intrusion on your customer’s otherwise seamless online experience.
